Shipping & Buying Regulations

1. Ordering Process

  • All orders must be placed through our official website.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing details.

  • Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent with order details.

  • Orders cannot be modified once they are processed.

2. Payment Methods

  • Payments must be completed before order processing begins.

  • Customers can also pay in cash to the carrier upon delivery.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Processing time is 1-3 business days before shipment.

  • All shipments are delivered within 3-5 business days after processing.

  • Shipping costs:

    • North & Center: 40 Shekel

    • Golan Heights: 50 Shekel

    • South/Jerusalem: 60 Shekel

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after return approval.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will provide a replacement or refund upon verification.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return.
